A class designed as a total body workout. Participants will focus on various exercises and conditioning routines during the one hour class that will push you to your goals. The class is a fun way to challenge yourself and your friends. The Boot Camp workout is open to women of all ages who are ready to push hard to achieve their goals. Classes meet every other Sunday

Phifer’s Karate offers training in both Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. This program is high intensity training for all ages of students and skill levels. The training is designed to teach the fundamentals of both boxing and mixed martial arts. Classes meet on Monday evenings from 6:15-7:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00-11:00am.
Join our cardio mixed bag - Sometimes its P90X, sometimes Circuit, and sometimes just good old fashioned Cardio training. Classes are Monday and Friday mornings at 5am, Tuesday 6:30-7:30p, and Wed 6:00-7:00p. Be sure to check out our monthly calendar.
Balance out your fitness regimen with Yoga and Pilates. Classes meet Mondays 5:15p-6:00p, Wednesday 5:00-5:45pm and Saturdays 9:00-10:00am. Yoga helps balance both the mind and the body, helping tight achy muscles, poor posture, awkwardness, or clumsiness, poor balance, and stress. Great alternative for those who want to build strength without weight lifting or want an alternative cardio program.
