Personal Training 

The staff at Phifer’s Fitness will work to tailor a personal workout program for all members that are interested.  They will work with new gym members on proper usage of all equipment located in the gym facility.  They will also work to establish a program that will help you meet your fitness goals.

Travis Phifer

Travis has trained for over 30 years in exercise sciences and sports therapy as well as the martial arts, kickboxing and boxing.  He designs programs for all fitness levels, including:

  • Health Assessments

  • Strength Training

  • Weight Loss

  • Sports Strength and Conditioning

  • Nutrition Guidance 

  • Speed Training

 

45-60 Minute Sessions

1 day/week = $25/week or $80/mo

2 days/week = $40/week or $160/mo

3 days/week = $60/week or $240/mo

Joelle Bolen

Joelle is one of Phifer's Fitness group instructors and newest personal trainer.  Her training focus is on health and well-being, strength/toning, weight loss/nutrition guidance, and personal instruction on yoga, pilates, and stretching.
